i have an 02 plate rolla ts , but i was wondering .Are the TTE body parts the parts from the facelift and will they directly fit my prefaclift

no TTE parts were from a now defunct toyota tuning europe (something like that) company in german land. Think you can still ask Parts-King to try and source them for you.

And to completely round off the answer, some body parts from the FL will fit a PFL without any hassle (side skirts, rear bumper) whereas others like the front bumper requires a fair amount of money as all of the lights are different and would also need to be purchased.
