I have recently purchased a silver Prius and I have bought a set of door mouldings from Toyota to protect the doors which look particlarly vulnerable to car park damage.

I think they would look better painted but I have often seen peeling paint due to use of pressure washers etc.

Has anyone knowledge or experience of this process and can offer me the benefit of their experience before I make the decision between to paint or not to paint!

I left mine unpainted, IMO looks much better as a contrast... :thumbsup:

I have door protection mouldings on my Gen 2. they are painted.
