hi all

it does not seem anyone is any wiser than me where this sender is.

its a pity that there is no one on this forum that works at a toyota dealership who would know.

or that haynes did a manual for the auris.

its doubtful if the senders are in the same place on all the range of engines that toyota produce.

if i do find out where it is, i will post it to help anyone else is interested.

the oil pressure sensor, at your engine, is located here

nice one tavy

that will help me too,on a project of mine.with the help of kingo giving me the part number of the sender and seaching and cross referncing i am pretty sure the thread for the sensor is 1/8 bsp and not 1/8 npt as a lot are.

the difference is only one thread per inch but the npt is tapered so dont wont to get it wrong.
