The heater controls on my Auris do not direct the air flow correctly and the demister control puts no air onto the windscreen. Any suggestions or is it a dealer problem?

Have you pressed the windscreen button?

That should direct all airflow directly to the windscreen on full blast.

Could be someone has forced the dial in one direction after it has reached the end of a turn, and forced it to spin a few degrees out, so just face = foot and face? Just an idea... get a dealer to look at it if it's still under warranty.
