Anyone With Painted Headlights?

Hi,

has anyone tried painting the inner of his headlights as below for a jdm look? how hard and risky is it??

i think as long as you seal the headlamp unit properly once the mods are done you should be ok. for further info youtube videos on how to turn reflector type headlamps into projector are useful since the preliminary stages cover opening the headlight and later through they paint a shroud and mount it etc...

i picked up a set for a mate that got his done (scooby) and it looked class.

thinking about getting mine done, wouldnt even dream of doing it myself.

dont think ours are as easy to do as the !Removed!/aussies, think theirs are screwed together

Found a thread that has a guide how to but im still kinda afraid heh. When i have the courage i ll do it for sure :)

As Farhan mentioned i have done this, dont have a pic with me right now as im at work but i posted a thread with some piks of my car and it can be seen on that thread.

It risy and tricky, but all depends how good you are at DIY. It can go well or you may end up having to purchase a new headlamp. If your willing to take the risk go for it you wont regret it. Let me know if you need any help or info.
