Toyota Avensis Service Light

Hello All,

will someone please help me. I have toyota avensis d4d T-spirit 05 reg. oil change warning light usually turn on after 5000 - 6000 miles.

But in my last service my garage didn't knew how to reset it. they ask the code from someone (may be from MTD). and its look like they turn it off completely.

Now it almost 7000 mile after that service its not turning on. Can some please suggest how to rest it back. I mean how to turn it on if it off my mistake.
