Is East Riding in West Yorkshire?

Why is South Lanarkshire in the Northern part of the UK?

Why is the Cheddar Gorge not in Cheshire?

Now that is funny.... a Scotsman that includes Lanarkshire as part of English geography

Not only is the geography incorrect, the history is incorrect also given that Lanarkshire has not existed since 1975 when Strathclyde was formed

Come on Bothy my friend.... please take the p*** properly ;)

As it is north of Eastbourne and east of the western approaches ;)

Almost right - we instructed him and his pals but kept the padlock key !!

Trouble is those hairy legged men from the north dug a tunnel so they could get to the land of plenty.... damn those picks and shovels :ffs:

Hmmm

Is that north of Southport or north of Southampton. And why is Southport well north of Southampton? Portsmouth is nowhere near Monmouth.

Southport is north of Northwich by miles.

Northwich however is still well north of Norwich.

The Great North Run is held in the middle of the UK.

Surrey is in the middle of nowhere.

New Brighton is no newer than Brighton.

Did the Pics invent picks, or was it Sir Robert MacAlpine??

haha

I know most of them well - as my hotel was just 400 yards down the road.

The Olympia does nice fish and chips etc at a good price. Never been to the Podiatry shop as I have my own personal care specialist !!

Between the Amran and the chip shop is Canape Wines where Kenny is a good friend selling quality wines and a good selection of spirits - used to deal with him a lot when i had the hotel.

The photo is unfortunate cos the street is normally filled with Porsche; Bentleys etc. Shame Giddlepin forced the cyclist aff the road !!
