Picnic Tvss Iiib Key Fob Addition

I've seen mention of this problem, here and there, but I have had no solution yet.

I have a 1998 Picnic, with a TVSS IIIB security system.

And after several adventures I am trying to add a key fob to the car, with no luck.

There seems to be agreement that the right sequence of door openings, and key insertions should cause a responce - only thing is I have had no responce.

The next step appears to be to find the ECU and hope a "programme" button is then accessiable.

I've got to say, doing this without Toyota's support seems just a bit risky.

So: please can anybody indicate how I can add a Denso 1512T key fob to a TVSS IIIB security system, fitted to a 1998 Toyta Picnic? Or, at least point me to Toyota's information?
