Dash Bulbs

Hi ,to all!

I have noticed couple of days ago that one of the dashboard lights behind the heating controls does not work.I want to change it but I hope someone has done this before and could guide me as I did struggle first to take the front pannel off. Where shall I start from? The car is Avensis Estate 2.0l d4d t3s, year 2003.
