1Azfe Cam Woes

Hi guys, my 2.0 RAV 4 has suffered very very slight oil starvation to the inlet cam due to a blocked oil gallery. The inlet cam is scored on the very first journal only so the head itself is fine. I need to relace the cam and first cam cap along with the 2 bearings. I know the heads are line bore'd from the factory but can i replace just the cam and bearing ?? If so..does anyone have one for me ? Cheers Elton
