Where To Find Usb/sd/ipod/iphone Interface For Cd Changer Connection O

I bought a Toyota camry 2011 with navi recently,I found several brands of USB/SD interface (also named Digital CD changer) for my car,but most of them does not work with my car as my car has navi, only one brand named"Yatour" declared that they supports toyota lastest models with navi, they offer a Toyota Y cable to hook up both their Digital CD changer and my navi to the CD changer port

Yatour's CD changer device seems good

The important bit is the Y-cable; As long as you have that I think most CD Changers will work (As long as you don't already have one!)
