Grand Hiace 3.0 D Engine And Brakes..

Hi everyone, Could anyone tell me if the 1999 Toyota Grand Hiace model engine is fitted on other Toyota vehicles ? I know for sure that the Regius and the Land Cruiser have the same 3.0 D engine (1997..), but I'm not too sure about the Grand Hiace which has visibly a different engine. Another question but regarding the brakes. It is fitted with discs on both front an rear axles. Are these discs common to another vehicle such as the 1999 Land Cruiser too ?
