Yaris Fest 2004!

from last years yaris meet that we held, who would be up for another one this year???

last time i think we had a good 12 turn up (doesnt seem alot but it was fun too see all of us driving round together) based in leicster we basically chilled out, chatted and dropped down to a local pub for a bit of grub and a few drinks. being as it was in november last time it was a bit chiily to be stood outside! sooooooooo propose to bring it forward this time and hopefully double the number of cars attending (i believe we could acheive this with the amount of members on here now) and have some kind of organised activity aswell???

so lets discuss........

1) an ideal time to stage it

2) location

3) activity??

i dont think southend. Personally, not unless you wish to sit for ages in traffic to travel all of 6 ft.

Somewhere a little quieter, like last time was good, pub afterwards is good. Us old foke like a quiet time, pipe, slippers.

Plus, isnt this a kinda yaris meet, as i would certainly not bring my own car, where as safffend is everything, from shoppng trolleys to bigger shopping trolleys with spoilers.

well when i actually pick my car up i'll be up for it!! only couple of weeks now!!! i used to goto the Pug Fest's with the quiksilver lot (i currently have 106 quiksilver 2001). it will be a good laugh!! be nice to go somewhere quieter tho, head off into the countryside in wales or something and stop at a country pub for food... mmmm! those little country pubs always have the nicest foods hehe :) or could just goto maccy D's! :P

Go Karting Milton Keynes??

Easy off the M1 for the go karting and then there is plenty to do in Milton Keynes itself.

As much as I hate Milton Keynes, it's !Removed! easy to get to, and the Daytona karting centre is an absolute hoooot. Count me in!
