1990 Camry A/C & Cooling Fans Run Continuously

Newbie here. My daughters car, 1990 Camry 4 Cyl., has the above problem. The only way to stop the fans is to pull the fuses.

The A/C has not worked for a couple of years. Seems she ran it without freon.

The relays seem okay, but I can't fined the Magnetic Clutch Relay for the A/C.

Usually if the A/C Is totally dried up then the whole system just wont work...

I take it the AC is turned off and the fan still runs?

Also Have the car recharged with gas.. might not last very long but the year after it will... found that in 01 I topped the gas and it only lasted 4 months

last year it lasted 8 months

not sure where the Magnetic Clutch Relay for the A/C is.. sorry

:(

I am not worried about the A/C. I can stop the A/C fan by pulling the fuse.

The cooling fan is another issue. I can stop it by also pulling the fuse, but when the weather warms up I would like it to come on.

Right now as long as the fuse is in the fan runs. This is without the key in and the motor cold.
