Burning Oil

I just signed up here,and this is my first post. So i've had my paseo for almost a year now it runs fine but she really seems to burn oil, it doesn't leak though . Do you guys have any ideas of how to stop it or slow it down or what i should do. Thanx

i had a problem with my seo burning oil, the piston rings we gone,

I've found that since changing to a fully synthetic oil, my oil consumption has reduced considerably.

I use Valvoline Max Life 10W-30, because my paseo has 180,000km on it. Also what kind of Snythetic oil do you use?

I use an Agip synthetic oil - I get this at trade price. I'll check the viscosity.
