Has Anyone Ever Fitted A Turbo To A Corolla?

hi, i was wondering if any one has fited a turbo to a 1999 corolla sr, or any one that would know what turbo would fit i have upgraded clutch, gear box and cooling system but cannot find a turbo to fit.

any help would be much appreciated

you can make anything fit (turbo wise) for the right price. i wouldn't count on finding an off the shelf kit though.

I asked a few engine tuners in the UK about having my SR turbo'ed and most said it was a waste of time as the engine was stressed enough as it is I didn't want massive power gains, only about another 50bhp

Why not drop a 4efte in it?

There's a mint video on youtube of someone whose done it in a G6, it looks/sounds awesome

Or a 4agze (1.6 compressor 16V) which can be converted to turbo by replacing the compressor with a turbine). You can get massive horsepower out of that...
