Flat Battery

Thanks for looking.

I need to know can I charge my original car Battery with the top on as it seems to be a sealed unit, it has a large cover on the top but it does not want to come off.

Also if I charge this Battery are they any good once they run flat like this as it is seven years old it must be the original Battery as it is a toyota battery it has the colour indicators on the top.

sounds like a maintenance free Battery if theres nowhere to fill the cells up. trickle charge it for a day and see how it goes. sometimes when they go completely flat they just wont hold a charge for long and you may need a new one. 7 years is not bad though :thumbsup:

Thanks for that, sort of what I thought, it is on charging so I will try it in the morning run it for a couple of days and see how it goes if it goes at all :lol:
