I've been lurking around reading up on lots of useful information on here before and after purchasing my Compressor and thought I should stick up a wee introduction. I actually stumbled across the Compressor by accident as I originally went looking for a Golf GT TDI to use as a daily driver but when I turned up to view the golf it stank of cigarette smoke and generally did nothing for me! But lo and behold I came across the 'rolla which was half the price of a golf it needed a few things doing to bring it up to standard but within a couple of weeks things are well under way! Car had a few scuffs and dents and needed all 4 wheels refurbishing. The CD player also packed up within the first week and it needs new discs and pads doing all round. Overall I'm pretty happy with it had the wheels painted body colour as the compressor wheels are an absolute pita to clean and the dark grey shows the brake disk much much less. I whipped out the knackered standard radio and replaced with a shiny new Kenwood bluetooth job. (guide on here made that job nice and easy!) I also managed to get a hold of the genuine kluebersynth compressor oil and I'm gonna change that this weekend. It's not the fastest car I've ever owned (had a couple of heavily modified evo's and b5 RS4's etc) however it strikes a nice balance as a relatively comfortable daily driver all be it a little thirstier than a diesel Golf!

Like I say next on the list is discs and pads but not really sure what to go for as I've not seen any decent brands for the T-sport yet.....any advice appreciated.
