Phone Mount Solution

Hi,

I have an Aygo Black (2007) and want to put my phone in the gap above the stereo but below the central vent. It looks perfect for a phone, but I wanted to purchase something to hold it in place. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Cheers in advance,

D

A bit on the expensive side, but the Brodit Proclip is a nice solution that doesn't require drilling anything...

Thanks - I had seen it, and wondered what it was like. If people recommend it, I'll probably go for it.

I use one of these with my Nokia 5800.

It fits the little platform well width-wise, but does overhang a bit front/back - although you can squash it into the space to minimise that. This one is the Dash-Mat which has a built-in phone holder (may obstruct some phone controls if your phone has anything on the sides, or if the charging connection is on the base); it has a bigger brother called the Nav-Mat that uses a GPS sucker mount, but this is too big for the Aygo space. One advantage of this over the Brodit is you can switch it between cars easily. I've not had any problems with it sliding around, even on my other car (a Scenic) where it has to perch on top of the dash.

Hope that helps.

I haven't got one myself, but know of at least a dozen happy customers, so I recommend them on their behalf :P
