What Size Wheels

Hi,

I have a 1991 Celica GT4 which currently has 15" alloys. The tyre size is 215 - 50, which seem to be very very expensive to replace.

For roughly the same money as four new tyres I can almost get a set of 17" alloys complete with tyres. However, can someone please advise me on whether or not 17" alloys will fit smoothly on my celica. (i.e. I don't want to have to alter the suspension etc)

Also, does anyone know of any good places to buy a reasonably cheap set of 17" alloys (any make)?

Thanks

If you want more wheel and less tyre without altering suspension , go for 16 inch with 45/205 tyres, that is what i have done with my yaris t-sport and it looks the biz.
