It's within the tolerance, although not sure how it'll look.

i don't know how they'll look either. What about 16" Et40?

The 17" are only 7.5J wide, so that will fit ;)

I'm only afraid that since the are ET45, they won't look nice on the car :(

Why not? :)

They are wider, so they will come a little bit more wide at the in- and outside then the stock wheels.

Maybe u can try to find somebody who has got wheels in the same sizes, so u can do a testfit?
