Hi my rav4 d4d 2.0 2003 will only go to about 3000 3500 revs max is this normal cheers

Welcome to the forum !

Sounds a tad slow to me - even for a diesel oil-burning engine.

One of the many oil-burning fatasies (sorry - fanatics) will be along shortly to share their experience...)
