First you need four years experience being a mechanic.

The classroom course takes 3 days if you pass that vosa will come an asses you doing a practice MOT

If the recoil system on your seat belt is a bit sticky does that a fail?

can do depends on how much slack is there, it should be done with the seat empty and the clasp fastened and should take out nearly all the slack but some is aloud. obviously if its as slack as a hookers lady garden then it wont pass
