Idling Problem

My 51 Plate roadster has been idling very roughly for a few months, but has now started cutting out completely. I believe it is the idle speed control valve. Does anyone know if you can buy this separately, as I was told by my local dealer that I had to buy the entire throttle body. Does anyone have either the valve or throttle body for sale?
