Good Front Tow Hook Fixing Point?

just wondering if anyone knows if the 99 corolla hatch has a good fixing point for front tow hooks! ideally in the centre of the bumper i thought about taking out the blanks on the tte bumper but would look bad to far from the middle! anyway if anyone knows best places to fixate! i would be out there checking myself right now but rain and wind yano!
