I'd very much appreciate some advice about the way of finding a place where I can download the Avensis (Wagon 2005) rescue card. Thanks in advance.

a bit of Googling suggests that it may be a card for emergency services telling them where potential hazards like airbags, pre-tensioners etc. are.

couln't find it for 2005 Avensis. Current models http://www.toyota.de/kundenservice/rettungsleitfaeden.tmex
