2009 Yaris Mmt Cluch Judder

I have a Yaris 2009 1.3 MMT which has done 22500 miles. I have noticed for some time now that the car judders when driving off up hill. I belive it is worst in cold weather. The Toyots dealer has checked the car and they couldn't find a fault. The problem seems to be geting worse. Does this meen the cluch is getting worn, if so how as the cluch control is electronic. I have no control over the cluch to wear it out.

When I bought a Yaris MMT I specifically asked at the dealership about warranty and the clutch because as you state the driver really does have very little control over wear rate. They did state a worn out clutch within warranty would be covered - in front of a witness! I'll never get the opportunity to test that statement though.

I assume it's still under warranty being 2009, get them to "reset" the clutch and see if that helps - does it still creep when in gear with no accelerator pedal? It should adjust automatically.
