My grans 51 plate corrolla t spirt has deadlocked and we can not get into it with the key fob or physical key. She has just had a new Battery so don't think its a flat Battery. Anyone have any idea how to get in and what it maybe? The car was fine when she parked it up last night. She called green flag this morning the bloke scratched his head for a bit then said he couldn't help!

I'm afraid an auto lock specialist is the answer.

We had a few like this when I worked in the trade, and it was our only answer really.

Where are you based?

Any decent maechanic will be able to gain access but for obvious security reasons it would not be prudent to publish how on a public forum.

Could you PM the details of how to do this as I'm wanting to take up a new line of work? :batman::naughty::laughing::scooter:

coat hanger through the door seal and open the door from the switch on the driver door.

I thought the idea behind double locking was to prevent such a method.

It is, if it's deadlocked the handle on the inside won't open the door.
