Transmisson Judder

my land crusier judders to astop at junctions, it seems the auto transmisson isn't changing or disconnecting, is there a fix for this ?

When was the box oil last changed? Is it a brown color?

There is a known problem with the Amazon - I think its a thrust bearing in the torque convertor. I run a different LC so I'm not completely familiar with the issue, but a quick google turned up a specialist in Bristol who has fixed this issue for other Amazon owners:
