Bump Guards Help

Does anyone know if these bump guards on the sides can be taken off and put back on with ease? Are they held on with pins or clips?

any help im grateful. i have tried pulling and sliding them but dont want to too hard incase i break a clip.

I've the older model, but think they are the same....

Mine are glued on with self adhesive strips, normally a bugger to remove to re-use though. A lot of the time the mouldings flex, bend and distort enough for new mouldings to be needed. Expensive.
