Snapped Bolt Holding Spark Plug Cover

I was changing the spark plugs on a Yaris today and you have to unscrew a bolt before you can take out the leads to get to the spark plug.

But one of the screws snapped off so half of the end of the screw is stuck in the rocker cover - is this an issue? In the past I have worked on cars where the HT leads just kind of suction onto the rocker cover keeping themselves in place without needing to be screwed down. I just don't want the ignition lead to jump out over a bumpy road and stop sparking that cylinder..! Please help - what should I do?
