Problem With Navigation System Ndda W55

Hi. My 2005 used Toyota Kluger from Japan came with ndda w55 novigation system and disc no A 2E. The unit only displays Eject/close only all the time the car is on and loading this disc does not cause any responce. To make the situation worse my friend to loaded another disc and it got stuck inside.

Is my system faulty? Should I remove the disc manually and still the system be useful. Please help. In the webiste it appears disk no 24 could start the system. Do you think I should order this?

Is it GPS or VICS. If VICS, throw it in the bin, it'll never work outside Japan.

Thanks Joylove. It is GPS unit. What I need to see is the unit to operate so that I get other features such as radio and music. But I cant make it work. I am told I will need a boot disc for Toyota ndda w55. Can any body help with the link for that disk.
