I've put up the UK/European RAV4 electrical wiring diagrams for downloading. Seems to cover 2006-2012 and is highly detailed. Also there is another set of manuals called New Car Features--more of an overview but has some technical information and comparisons between the short and long wheelbase RAV4. Download them here:
