I have only just spotted this post.

Sorry dude, you won't find one they were never printed for the general public. the closest thing you will find is an online BGB (some people have this on CD-Rom) HERE

If you sign up to IMOC-UK or MR2OC someone there may be kind enough to send you a copy of it on CD-Rom
