Have I Got Run Flat Tyres On My Rav?

I recently bought a used Rav4 T180 (57 plate).

The dealer (Steven Eagle in Aylesbury) told me that all models now came with run flats, including the one I was buying. I now have a nail through one of the rear tyres and need to replace it.

BUT! It's a Toyo H/T Open Country 235 / 55 R18 100v - and wherever I have looked I don't seem to find any reference to the tyres being run flat.

Have I been mislead by the dealer I bought it from and what are the implications if I have? I know the run flats have mixed reviews but they were important for me to have. If they are not run flats then have my wheels been modified that would result in me having to change them to go back to run flats?
