Rav4 Part Numbers

I have just purchased a 1997 RAV4 here in Timor Leste (East Timor), I need to replace both rear differentual supports (rubber). However, as no one at my local Toyota Dealership can be bothered to search for the part numbers to order the replacment parts, it is up to me to find the part numbers and possibly order the parts from Australia myself as I am not sure I can trust the guys at the dealership to even do that if I gave them the part numbers. It seems that if the parts are not on their regular order list, then it does not get ordered.

I am told that these parts should be the same from 1996 to 2000.

So can anyone out there help me out with this part numbers?

You will need the vehicle chassis number, there are no pictures on that site, you will need to look it up by description
