Anybody Tell Me If Lights In Dash Are bulbs Or Smd`s ?

Dash Looks Like Its In Need Of A Doctor With The Crappy Green Lights lol

for an LED replacement use 5x T10 SMD.

Remember the same SMD can be used in front side lights as well as number plate lights.

I have changed a few instrument panel and heater back lighting bulbs, and they are all the same capless R286 12v, 1.2w type. I think R509T also fit and have the holder on them.

Even the Econ light is the same.

You can source coloured versions.

Don't be tempted by higher wattage - melts the fittings!

On the heater controls, you can use something abrasive to rub the white spot to reveal the clear green lens. It is much better.

It is not too difficult to access the bulbs.

Generally the speedo combination meter use 501 capless or T10, you are correct in the r286 or T5 but these are generally for heater or switch illumination
