E11 Timing Belt

Just been reading my Hayne manual (like you do on a Sunday morning), and it says my timing belt needs to be changed at 90000 K intervals.. that's about every 56000 miles ?

My last one was done at 98,000 and my car has done 118,000 so still ok ?

Most cars need a new belt every 60-70 thousand miles or 6-7 years. How long has it been since it was changed? I tend to just do it when i get a car for piece of mind.

I've just looked it up and it was done 07/02/09 at 98,000 miles on the clock, So 3 years and 4 months ago.. and only 20,000 miles ago..

Think I may get it done if I plan on keeping the same engine, thanks.
