I've got a 2 wheel drive RAV. I had winter tyres for the front of my previous car - a Corolla. They got me around in the snow without problems.

I looked for a supplier of steel wheels and winter tyres for the RAV. The one place I found that offers steel wheels seems to think they should be 16". My Tyres are 17". Would it matter much if I fitted 16" wheels to it for the winter months?

You,ve got to watch the rolling radius or the brake performance will be effected. I posted the part numbers for 17" steel wheels somewhere. \will have a look.
