Radio Key Unlocking But Not Locking Car

Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody might know what the problem could be when the radio key will unlock the car (2008 Corolla Verso 2.2 D-4D T3) but won't lock it again.

Any help appreciated.

Sometimes it's the simplest things. Have you tried your spare key? Or a new Battery in this key?

Doesn't seem to be any of the above. Does the locking system have any known issues like the one mentioned?
