Basically, the other day my turbo stopped boosting and instead I get a whistling/whining sound instead of the usual growl. My car still runs fine. I had a quick look round (i am not very techy) and noticed a leak (see pic. this isnt my car but the leak is in the same place.) One of the jubilee clips seemed a little loose so I replaced it. I am no longer getting the oil but my turbo still isn't boosting.

The whistling is still a spooling sound ie its still spinning and my dump valve, although slightly quieter still go's off.

Is my turbo knackered?
