Toyota Tester It2

I am looking to buy a Toyota tester.

I found many offers on the internet (http://www.dhgate.com/new-promotion-denso-it2-intelligent-diagnostic/p-ff80808138db0c980138ebd784252530.html) but I do not know how reliable this things are. Does they support the same functions as original tester?

Because of the price I think this are not OEM parts but a copies brom China.

Does anybody have any experiances buying or using a tester like this?

If my memory serves me right, the original IT2 tester when dealers had to buy them was around 3K

If you just want a code reader, there are a lot out there for very little money

Code reader I already have, but I need a tester, which can read more than just a fault codes especially for diesel engines (nozzles etc.)
