02 T Sport Heater Matrix Flushing How To/guide?

Hi everyone,

How would I go about flushing or reverse flushing the heater matrix on a 02 Corolla T Sport?

Can anyone link me to a guide or please put step to step instructions here for me if possible. Also can you tell me if I would need to top up with coolant after the flush and bleed the whole cooling system after?
