Need Help Pls. Unusual Problem With Lights

Hello! Need help please,

I got an unsual problem with my side light, fog light,tail light and plate number light

All of them are LED apart from the fog lights

Have them for almost a year

All of them are working but this morning notice none of them are working but dipped (HID) and high beam lights are working. Check all of the fuse by greenflag breakdown and was told all of the fuse are working. Cant figure out whats wrong. Changed the lights to the stock one but still no luck

Any idea whats wrong with it..I may sound stupid im sorry with that. But any ideas will be welcome..

Obviously cant drive the car at night because no back lights are working

Reverse lights and brake lights are working.

Cant bring to dealer because of bank holiday
