Hilux 2003 Headlights

My Full beams don't operate,

Only recently bought this hilux and not used it after dark, when last night i discovered the dipped beam and everything else is lit, but no high beam, just the indicator on the speedo,

fuses (X4) all OK, relay clicking and looks perfect,

now its had the aftermarket dual lamps fitted and their wiring loom included, but tracing wiring back to the original headlamp 3 pin socket, there's no voltage for high beam

any suggestions where to test next ?
