Hi Guys and Gals,

Any clue to as my 200 Celica vvti 140 can get remapped?

If so would anyone know the pro's and con's to this?

I heard the if you get your car remapped you have to get it serviced more frequently...

any help would be good! like any trusted remapping dealers etc.

You cant remap Toyota ECU's (with the exception of the GT86 which apparently can be).

If you run a different ECU it wont make any changes to your servicing intervals.

The 140 & 190's are tuned as best as they can be pretty much stock. Even if you fitted an aftermarket ECU, you won't really get much gains. on the 140 with stock ECU, induction kit, aftermarket exhaust & any other non FI power mod, you'd be lucky to get more than 3 BHP.

The only way to get more power out of the Gen7, is to run a supercharger or turbo.

Basically enjoy the car as it is or spend big money. It's as simple as that!
