Speaking to a local tyota dealer salesman. And according to him Toyota are already fitting bmw engines in their cars.

I know there has been several posts about this was going to happen.

Thing is i forget as in which models.

Maybe not in this country. Anyone know abot this..

Not that i was thinking of getting a diesel,but just interested.

Toyota will be fitting BMW 1.6 & 2.0 diesels into their European range, but this has not started yet. The new 2013 Auris will be the first car to use them even then the new diesels will not be available until late 2013 early 2014 so we still have a while to wait before we will see one on sale.
