Radio And Gps Died

I have Auris 2008,its radio and gps died after the Battery was disconnected and reconnected after cleaning, on ignition the radio is dead , sat nav asks for map disk, where can I get this disk and how can I fix this problem? please help.....

I imagine that the disk should be in the Radio/ICD player & of course if that is dead then the satnav can't use it.

Have you checked the fuse?
