I just bought a dual usb port to plug into my power plug so I could charge phone and sat nav when on the move, and it does not work. It works in my wifes car so I know it is not faulty. I wriggled it around a bit but to no avail. Any advice please. Dan

Find out if your cig lighter works first. Could be a fuse if not.
