Hi Everyone,

I'm now once again a proud owner of an 51 plate 1.8 Auto Avensis, boy I've missed this car.

My question is its got the built in TSN200 Sat Nav with the original CD, is there a way to upgrade it to a later year (and whats the latest year I could get) without buying the discs from a dealer has on looking they seem very expensive and over priced (I only need the UK).

Any help would be appriceated, thanks in advance.

Will

Hello Will

The only legal way of getting upgraded discs for your Nav system is through Toyota

Some of the "copied" discs available on the net are potentially harmful to your equipment and their use cannot be condoned by TOC

buy a TomTom/Garmin etc.

It'll be cheaper & you'll also get the benefit of 11 years of hardware development.

TNS200 is very old hat and a crude system, not even worth getting a disc for. As mentioned above, get a Garmin or similar, or change the head unit and get something with built in Sat Nav

Kingo
